The amount of milk produced in the first milking season from Simmental cows under economic conditions taken under control during the verification work, and the percentage of fat and protein in this milking milk are comparable to the results of milk productivity indicators shown by them in the first milking season as in steam cows bred by foreign and domestic breeding. The scientific article fully examines all the data provided by the results of the research work, according to the results of which, in each month of the milking season, the fat and protein content of cows from all three studied groups are compared. According to the results, the curve of the first milking season of Simmental cows in economic conditions and their hybrids bred by foreign and domestic breeding is shown.
